I work with Asian American and immigrant clients, as well as those who are new to therapy, navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions with clarity and compassion.

I’m a good fit for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—and are ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes, even if they’re not sure where to start.

As an Asian American immigrant, I spent a lot of time with other Asian adults who grew up being told to push through on their own, put others first, and hold it all together, without having the space to deal with their feelings. I wanted to help others have a space they no longer feel misunderstood or unseen.
