Lannie Lee
Biography
I’m Lannie Lee, a licensed marriage and family therapist offering virtual therapy in California and Massachusetts. I work with individuals and couples who feel stressed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure why things feel “off.” Many of the people I see are thoughtful and capable, but quietly carrying more than they realize.
As a Korean American therapist, I’m mindful of how culture, family, and identity shape the way we move through the world. I hold progressive and inclusive values and am committed to creating a space where you feel respected and safe to show up fully as yourself.
My approach is reflective, collaborative, and grounded. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method for couples, I help you explore what’s underneath patterns that keep showing up—while also building practical tools you can use in daily life.
Clients often share that our work feels thoughtful and human. You can expect curiosity without judgment, moments of honesty and even humor, and a steady focus on clarity, stronger self-trust, and more grounded ways of relating to yourself and others.
