Biography
As an Asian American in Oregon or California, you did everything right: degrees, dream job, salary, and family. Yet something feels off. More hours, more money yet it still won't fill the void. You're exhausted, disconnected from joy, and unsure what comes next. This is common and you're not alone. Many face quiet pressure to achieve while suppressing inner struggles, sometimes from cultural stigma around seeking help. My practice specializes in supporting Asian Americans on this journey. Together we'll restore grounding, clarity, self-trust to build a life aligned with what matters most.
I'll help you put language to your experiences, rewrite old narratives, and connect to values for genuine fulfillment. We'll make sense of your history, find peace with beliefs deemed "right," and use your feelings as a compass. My specialty is helping Asian Americans navigate identity, expectations, and the gap between achievement and meaning.
