모든 사람은 저마다 다양한 문화와 정체성을 품고 있습니다. 아시안 아메리칸이든, 1세대, 1.5세대 혹은 2세대 이민자이든, 성소수자(LGBTQIA+) 커뮤니티의 일원이든, 혹은 영성이나 종교적 배경을 가지고 계시든, 우리는 모두 각자만의 고유한 어려움과 감정, 그리고 삶의 무게를 짊어지고 살아갑니다.

저는 다문화적이고 내담자 중심적이며, 상호주관적이고 반억압적인, 그리고 트라우마 기반의 전인적(holistic) 접근을 바탕으로, 여러분과 함께 안전한 공간을 만들어가고자 합니다. 어떠한 판단이나 편견 없이 여러분의 내면세계를 함께 들여다보며, 여러분이 참된 본연의 모습 그대로 살아갈 수 있도록 힘이 되어 드리겠습니다.

저와 함께하는 이 시간이, 여러분의 모든 경험이 온전히 존중받고, 그 어떤 무거운 짐이라도 편안하게 내려놓고 나눌 수있는 공간이 되기를 진심으로 소망합니다.

Every individual holds a multitude of cultures and identities. Whether you are Asian American, a first-, 1.5-, or second-generation immigrant, or a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, or spiritual or religious, you carry your own unique challenges, emotions, and weight.

Grounded in a multicultural, client-centered, intersubjective, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and holistic approach, my goal is to collaboratively create a safe space with you. Together, we will explore your inner world without judgment, empowering you to live authentically as your true self. It is my deepest hope that our time together becomes a space where your experiences are truly validated, and no struggle is too heavy to share.
