Dr. Chun-Shin Taylor is a Korea-born female who started her counseling career from a Marriage and Family Therapy program in Texas. She services her community as a licensed professional clinical counselor (LCPC), approved clinical supervisor (ACS), Maryland board-approved supervisor, and board-certified TeleMental health provider (BC-TMH).
