Caroline Strunk

Caroline Strunk is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia, Tennessee, and Texas, and the owner of Nocking Point Counseling. She provides individual, couples, and career counseling and also leads workshops on personal and professional development.

Caroline’s counseling style is warm, collaborative, and adaptable to each client’s unique needs. She integrates approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief, and relationship or career stress.

A lifelong Northern Virginian, Caroline holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Mason University. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and three children, and enjoys archery (which inspired the name of her practice!), photography, pickleball, and long-distance running.
