Sarah Park

Sarah has nearly half a decade of experience treating adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families, particularly in the AAPI and BIPOC communities. Sarah is direct, intuitive, and humorous and embodies both a compassionate and analytical approach to help each client foster a refined understanding of their more integrated self toward a place of deeper fulfillment and peace. She has worked with clients seeking therapy for ADHD/ADD, Bipolar Disorder, marital and intimacy issues, general relational challenges, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, life transitions, identity issues, religion and spirituality issues, and grief.
