Dan Chung

Dan is currently working as a Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate at private practice in Houston, TX called RISE Wellness Group where we believe in everybody's ability to overcome their adversities and thrive in their own unique communities. Dan received his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College in Illinois with a B.A. in Psychology and his M.Ed./Ed.S. in Professional Counseling from the University of Georgia. It has been a deep passion of Dan's to de-stigmatize the field of mental health in the Asian/Asian American community and breaking those barriers down by opening a space where emotions, thoughts, and past experiences can non-judgmentally be processed through and heard.
