Josephine Roh

Josephine has experience as a mental health therapist in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), with adults of co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. She has also provided counseling for adults who deal with common life challenges, such as workplace stress, relationship issues, spiritual struggles, and more. She has helped clients who are high achievers with perfectionist tendencies gain healthier perspectives and lifestyle changes that lead to emotional healing, greater satisfaction, and joy.
