Hi, I’m Grace, and I help people navigate life’s complexities with more clarity, compassion, and understanding. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relationship challenges, I offer a grounded and supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back—and begin to move forward. I have a background in medical social work, education, and non-profit work. I hope to meet you where you are and help you find a greater sense of who you are, and help you find peace. My approach to therapy is first and foremost safety and connection. I know it is vulnerable to share your life, including your weaknesses, hurts, and fears. I hope that you will find me to be a safe place to share honestly. I draw from CBT, Christian counseling, EFT, EMDR, Mindfulness, & Narrative Therapy to support you in your healing journey. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and open environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings and exploring all aspects of their lives. My style is very easy-going, collaborative, and honest. The first session with me would include introductions, intake, and answering any questions the client may have. It is also an opportunity to see if this client-therapist relationship would be a good fit, and if not, a referral can be made for other therapists who would be a better fit for the client. I currently have a few openings for virtual therapy in California and look forward to connecting with you.
