Relationships are the heartbeat of our lives, but sometimes they get stuck in patterns that feel impossible to break. My mission is to provide a safe space where couples and families can gently untangle negative cycles and find their way back to one another through communication and emotional safety.

As a Level 2 Restoration therapist, I believe that true connection happens when we heal the heart as well as the mind. To support this, I integrate Brainspotting—a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that helps release deep-seated emotional pain stored in the body that traditional talk therapy might miss. By healing these hidden wounds from the past, we create room for new trust, hope, and lasting intimacy. It would be my privilege to walk beside you on this journey. I offer short-term intensive and Korean-language therapy.
