Hello and welcome! I believe we all carry unique story, shaped by our identity, relationships, and experiences. Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, navigating life transitions, or exploring your identity, therapy can be a space to find new perspectives and build meaningful connections.
I was born and raised in South Korea and moved to Washington state for my college education. I graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. Helping people improve their mental health has long been my calling. My approach is collaborative and integrative—rooted in attachment-based and strengths-based perspectives. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns? You don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, creating a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. Together, we’ll work toward healing and stronger connections. If you’re ready to take the first step, I invite you to reach out—I’d be honored to support you!
