Hi! I'm Catherine. I'm a child of immigrant parents, a dog mom, a Portland Trailblazers fan. I see clients virtually throughout Oregon and Washington.
I specialize in working with identity work, trauma, stress, and neurodivergence. My intention is to help bring more intention and groundedness into the lives of my clients and it's extremely rewarding to witness clients create lives that feel more aligned to who they truly are.
